Loved the product. But took for ever to get it. Didn’t even get an update on my shipping status

Sent this case as a gift. The shipping took awhile. The seller did respond to my message about shipping time to say there was a delay. The item was received by Christmas on December 23. However; discovered on Christmas that the wrong case was sent. Its a really nice case, but did not fit the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I believe it’s a case meant for the iPhone 15. The slots do not line up. I messaged the seller and now the seller isn’t responding. I was hopeful this seller would prove the bad reviews wrong. Not happy. Wasted $10 for the phone case and $5.99 on shipping.
